When will I receive my order?

  • Orders are sent usually 2-3 days after being received.  All orders are sent via regular South African Post unless otherwise specified. 

  •  Preferably we use the overnight Speed Services Counter to Counter system.

  • We also off a door to door delivery system using Bex Couriers . This requires someone to be at the delivery address during office hours. We prefer that you only do the EFT payment when you you receive the Bex tracking No with the confirmed delivery costs. In most cases the door to door service cost the same as the postal service.

  • Transit time will vary depending on location of receiver usually 3-7days.

Is my transaction secure?

  • YES, It is absolutely safe to shop at Koinonia House! We use secure server software (SSL) for secure electronic commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your order information so it cannot be accessed before it reaches us. You can be sure that your order will remain private and secure!

How can I check shipping costs before ordering?

  • You can find out the shipping costs for our items by going through the beginning steps of the checkout process. During the Secure Checkout, a shipping dropdown list will be available, calculating your shipping. Even if you go through 95% of the checkout process and still do not click to enter the credit card information at the bottom of the last page of the checkout, your order will not go through. Therefore, you can abort an order any time you like without fear of being charged.  

  • Shipping is charged at R 80.00 for the 1st 4 items, thereafter R10.00 per item.

  •  Multiple Disc commentary DVD series which consist of 4 covers containing 8 discs are regarded as single items.

  • For bulk shipments please contact us in advance and we can review the shipping cost.

  • All shipping cost are based on the normal RSA postal service, plus insurance for loss which allows for tracking.

What is your return policy?

  • All products must be in their original condition, with their original packaging and accessories. Please include a brief note to explain reason for return. (If you have not opened the shipped parcel at all, a note will not be necessary.) When we receive the returned item, we will credit you the price of the item. Note: We can refund shipping costs only if the return is from an error on our part.

    In the case where products have been purchased from a Supplier Partner please contact them directly and we will assist them with any replacements.
